  • What is the difference between the new and pre-owned items offered by Waynads?
    At Waynads, we offer both pre-owned and new items through our Bargain Deals Section. New items are unused and might not be in their original packaging. Pre-owned items are second-hand items that are not directly from the manufacturer or brand. They might be new and unused or they might be used and may show signs of wear and tear. It is important to carefully select items in this category as they are not returnable. Pre-owned items are usually marked for ease of identification. Waynads ensures that all items are thoroughly inspected and graded before being made available for purchase. Customers can also view photos and detailed descriptions of each item before making a purchase. Kindly note, items which fall within this category are not returnable.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa and MasterCard for all transactions on our website. We do not accept any other forms of payment at this time. If you have any questions or concerns about payment methods, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • When will my card be charged?
    We authorise the payment when you place your order. However, your card is charged when the item is shipped out. This means that if there are any issues with the availability of the item or shipping, you will not be charged until the item is ready to be sent to you. Rest assured, we will keep you informed of any delays or updates regarding your order.
  • How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?
    Your order will be shipped out within 2 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have any further questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    Currently, we only deliver to the Central business district of Castries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are constantly looking to expand our delivery areas in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
  • When will my order arrive?
    We offer delivery only within the central business district of Castries within 2 business days. For orders outside of the central business district of Castries, we usually ship through General Post Office via registered mail and with a tracking number. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order through your local post office. If you have any concerns about the status of your shipment, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Yes, we accept returns on certain items. However, the items must be returned within 7 business days from the date of delivery. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Please note that some items may not be eligible for returns, so please check the product description and return policy before making a purchase.
  • How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
    Your refund will be processed within 5 business days once the returned goods are inspected and verified to be in the same order as when shipped. Your card will reflect the refund within 10 business days. Please note that the timing of the refund showing up on your card may depend on your credit card company's policies and processing times.
